3. Shipping Method
The delivery of the products selected is made by the partner transportation company at your place or wherever you indicate us. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Shipments within Greece are made by the companies ELTA COURIER, EASY MAIL and BOX NOW.
Delivery time ranges from 1-3 working days depending on the delivery area.
The shipping cost is 4€ for purchases up to 35 € with ELTA COURIER and EASY MAIL. Free shipping for purchases over 35 €.
Free shipping and delivery costs with all your buys with BOX NOW.
Shipments to Cyprus are made within 7 working days having a charge of € 10 regardless of the purchase amount.
* cash on delivery option is not provided for purchases towards Cyprus.
4. Product delivery time
Delivery time of your order depends on the availability of the products you have selected. In case all selected products are not available, our company will contact you in order for you to inform us if you wish the delivery to be made partially or in the alternative the delivery to be made with a delay. In case of partial shipments, the cost of each shipment is borne by the buyer. Deliveries are made from Monday-Friday, between 9:00-18: 00.
5. Return policy
RETURN-CHANGE
Product change is made in the following cases:
1. If you receive a defective product.
2. If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
3. If you wish to replace the product you have received for any reason.
The return of the product can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt after consultation by phone at the phone number 00302810-283364.
In cases 1 and 2, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by our company.
In case of changing a product with another, the cost of change and the shipping costs are free for the firts time, free first time change is only available for customers within Greece.
Sender is responsible for the transport of the returned products until their receipt by the company Derma Chroniaris.
REFUND
WITHDRAWAL
Refund policy is followed in the following cases:
1. The product must be in the original packaging as it was at the time of receipt by the customer.
2. The product must be in its initial condition and must not have been damaged or otherwise defected.
3. The product must be accompanied by the relevant supporting documents that the customer received upon receipt (receipt, invoice).
WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to change your mind about a purchase you made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. In particular, the consumer has a deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product in its original condition. Our company shall return you the money you paid for the purchase of the product without the cost of the initial shipping costs, within 5 working days from the date we will receive the product, at the bank you shall indicate to us.

In cases of refund the cost is 10 euros that are withheld for the shipping costs.

"My account" option concerns the management of your shopping cart, the review of your previous orders, as well as the processing of your profile and data. In particular:

• PREVIOUS ORDERS
Summary list of previous orders having the total cost and order number. If you wish, you may simply click on one of the previous orders to see the detailed presentation having details as the ones of the shopping cart, as it was formed in that order, and you will be able to select products directly and quickly from those you had ordered in the past, without having to look for them again in the corresponding product categories or series.

Our company reserves the right to renew the products of our e-shop and change the prices without prior notice to the customer. The customer always pays the price of the product indicated in the relevant price lists at the time of the order. Any offers are valid until the stocks are used up.
